License Information

Every purchase from CodeOnString includes a software license that defines how our products may be used.
We currently offer two license types:
Standard License
The Standard License is intended for individuals, businesses, and organizations using the product for their own website or project.
Included
- Use on one (1) live production website.
- One development or staging installation for the same project.
- Access to product updates during your active support period.
- Access to technical support in accordance with our Support Policy.
- Permission to modify the source code for your own use.
Not Allowed
- Reselling or redistributing the product.
- Sharing the product with third parties.
- Using the same license on multiple independent websites.
- Claiming the product as your own work.
- Removing copyright or license notices.
Commercial License
The Commercial License is designed for freelancers, agencies, and businesses building solutions for clients.
Included
Everything included in the Standard License, plus:
- Permission to use the product in a commercial project developed for a client.
- One production installation per purchased license.
- One development or staging installation associated with the licensed project.
Not Allowed
- Reselling the product as a standalone software product.
- Redistributing the original source code.
- Allowing multiple clients to use a single purchased license.
- Including the product in any marketplace, SaaS template, starter kit, or competing commercial product without our written permission.
Source Code
Our products include editable source code where applicable.
You may modify the code to meet your own requirements. however, modified versions remain subject to this License Agreement and may not be redistributed or sold.
Support is provided only for the original product. Issues introduced by custom modifications are outside the scope of standard support.
Ownership
Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the software, It does not transfer ownership.
All intellectual property rights, including source code, documentation, trademarks, graphics, and other related materials, remain the exclusive property of CodeOnString.
License Violations
Any unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or use of our products outside the scope of the purchased license may result in license termination and legal action where applicable.
